By Randy Bradshaw in 2008
Silvercrest, so Frank Fenton told me when he was still alive, probably began in the mid to late 1930s. However, Silvercrest in its true form was not introduced into the Fenton catalog until about 1942 or so. In the late 1930s, Fenton made Peach Blow which is a milk glass exterior with a pink interior, and at about the same time, they started to make Peach Crest, again using a milk glass exterior and a pink interior but this time with a Clear Crystal Ribbon edge.
